Adult Services

Our adult services encompass a wide range of support programs and resources tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals as they navigate various aspects of adult life, promoting independence, inclusion, and overall well-being.

Community & Day Supports

Adults are supported to achieve personal goals related to activities of daily living and community participation. These supports provide a variety of options whereby adults can participate in planned activities that focus on community participation, life skills, volunteer and cooperative work, socialization and/or leisure.

Passport

The Passport program supports adults with developmental disabilities to actively engage in their communities and enhance their independence. It offers funding for community participation services, activities of daily living, person-directed planning, caregiver respite services, and support for primary caregivers. Participants have the option to receive funding directly or access services through community-based agencies like Community Living Owen Sound and District.
